All Sofra pieces are vintage, pre-owned or otherwise previously owned objects. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. All available information about the piece is provided on its product page, including measurements, condition, signs of age and wear, and any known functional details.

Sofra does not accept returns based on change of mind, personal preference, sizing, or characteristics that were clearly disclosed in the product description.

Examples include:
- A watch being too large or small for your wrist
- Expected signs of age, wear or patina that were disclosed
- Scratches or other imperfections shown or described before purchase
- A piece not matching your personal preference
