- Enquiries: your name, email address and message, used to answer your enquiry.
- Newsletter: your email address and language, processed on the basis of your consent and used to send news about new pieces. Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link.
- Orders: your name, email address, delivery and billing address and order details, used to process, fulfil, ship and document your order.
- Website operation: technical data necessary to operate and secure the website.

- Stripe — payment processing. Card details are entered and processed by Stripe.
- Lovable Cloud — website hosting, database and product image storage.
- Lovable's email service — order and contact emails.

No analytics, advertising pixels, tracking technologies or other third-party services are used.

The website uses only storage necessary for it to work: your language and currency choice, your cart, and your cookie choice. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

The website database and stored product images are hosted in the European Union. Payment data is processed by Stripe, LLC, a company based in the United States, which self-certifies under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The email service used for order and contact emails may also process data outside Switzerland.

Order and transaction data: we retain order and transaction data for as long as necessary to fulfil the order, comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations, and protect our legal interests. Where Swiss law requires longer retention, the data will be retained for the legally required period.

Contact form and enquiries: we retain contact form messages for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to protect our legal interests.

Newsletter: we retain your newsletter email address until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. After unsubscribing, the address is removed from the active newsletter mailing list, unless we have another lawful reason to retain it.

Subject to applicable Swiss data protection law you may request information about the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted where applicable, object to certain processing, and withdraw a consent you have given with effect for the future.
